Our DESIGN Process
Phase I: Define
Every client and project is unique. We take extra care to get a clear picture of your individual tastes and lifestyle so that we can carefully craft a home that you’ll love.
This phase includes:

Phase III: Deploy
By Phase III, your project is in full swing. This is where we coordinate with our collaborators to perfect the details and deliver on the design we’ve built together.
This phase includes:

Place orders for all approved furnishings, materials, lighting, and fixtures

Coordinate and manage specialty trades

Conduct regular site visits to track progress and assure design intent is
executed as intended -
Manage all deliveries and logistics in partnership with our receiving warehouse

Provide on-site oversight at key milestones throughout installation or
construction project -
Curate and hand-select accessories and finishing touches

Final installation of all items
Phase II: Design
The Design Phase begins after we’ve gotten to know you and shaped a vision that reflects both your style and the way you live.
This phase includes:

Curate and specify all materials, furnishings, lighting, and fixtures

Design presentation with two distinct designs

Revisions, if applicable

Detailed construction and specification drawings of approved design

On-site walk-throughs with your contractor and key trades to review scope and
obtain estimates
